These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 89bet platform and all services operated under it. "Platform" refers to 89bet's website, mobile application and all related services.

"Member" refers to any person who has registered on 89bet and maintains an active account. "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, slots, fishing games and all other gaming features provided by 89bet.

2.1 Age and Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on 89bet and use any of its services, a member must be at least 21 years of age. Registration or use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 89bet reserves the right to verify age information provided at the time of registration.

2.2 One Account Only

Each member may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, those accounts will be cancelled and any bonuses and balances held in those accounts may be fully forfeited.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information at registration — including full name, date of birth, active mobile number and email address. If incorrect or false information is provided, 89bet reserves the right to suspend or close the account at any time. A copy of a national ID card or passport may be requested for identity verification.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

89bet may verify a member's identity before processing large withdrawals or for security reasons. Failure to submit the required documents in time during this process may delay the withdrawal.

3.1 Password Protection

It is solely the member's responsibility to keep their account username and password completely confidential. If this information is shared with anyone else, full responsibility for any resulting financial loss lies with the member.

3.2 Unauthorised Access

If a member suspects unauthorised access to their account, they must contact 89bet customer support immediately. 89bet takes technical measures to protect accounts; however, 89bet will not be responsible for losses arising from the member's own negligence.

3.3 Login Precautions

Members are advised to avoid logging in to 89bet on shared devices or over public Wi-Fi. Log out at the end of each session and change your password regularly.

4.1 Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit amount on 89bet is ৳500, which applies equally to all payment methods. Currently accepted deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and other major commercial banks).

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of the request being submitted. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer may be used as withdrawal methods.

4.3 Matching Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

For security reasons, members are requested to withdraw using the same method that was used for the deposit. Deviating from this rule may require additional verification.

4.4 Anti-Fraud Verification

89bet reserves the right to carry out anti-fraud checks on all financial transactions. Suspicious transactions may be temporarily placed on hold and additional information may be requested.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus of up to ৳8,000 is available on your first deposit at 89bet. Before withdrawing this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and a total of ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000 in wagers must be completed before withdrawal.

5.2 Other Promotions

89bet regularly offers various promotional offers for members, including weekly rewards, slot festival bonuses, cricket betting offers and prizes on special occasions. Each offer has its own terms and conditions, which will be stated in the offer description.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If evidence of improper use of bonus benefits is found — such as creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulating the fulfilment of bonus conditions — 89bet reserves the right to cancel the bonuses and related winnings of the accounts involved and to close those accounts.

5.4 VIP Program

89bet's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier — Bronze members receive up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.7% and Gold members up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses.

6.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

Every bet placed on 89bet is considered valid only after it has been confirmed by the system. In the event of a technical error, data error or unforeseen circumstances, 89bet reserves the right to cancel a bet and return the original stake.

6.2 Odds Changes

For sports betting, the odds at the time the bet is confirmed apply. Any change in odds after an event has started will not affect bets already accepted before that change.

6.3 Live Betting

Live betting allows bets to be placed in real time while an event is in progress. 89bet will not be liable if a bet is not accepted due to connection loss or delay.

6.4 Game Results and Disputes

Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported to customer support within 72 hours. Claims made after this period may not be accepted. 89bet's server records will be considered final in any technical review.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 89bet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using another person's identity, payment details or account.
• Using any software, bots or automated tools to alter game or betting outcomes.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Acting fraudulently toward other members or attempting to undermine the security of the platform.
• Any activity that may disrupt 89bet's services.

If these prohibitions are violated, 89bet may immediately close the account involved and reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

8.1 Account Closure at Member's Request

8.2 Suspension by 89bet

89bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice due to a breach of the Terms, suspicious activity or security reasons.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there is no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. Contact customer support to reactivate it.

89bet believes that gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. The platform maintains several protective measures to ensure responsible gaming:

• The ability to set deposit limits, which members can configure themselves.
• A self-exclusion option, which temporarily closes the account for a set period of time.
• Age verification — persons under 21 years of age may not participate on this platform.

11.1 Service Interruptions

11.2 Third-Party Game Providers

89bet's platform includes content from various international game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI and Evolution. 89bet is not directly liable for any errors in their software or RTP, but will attempt to resolve the matter on the member's behalf.

11.3 Maximum Liability

Under no circumstances will 89bet's liability exceed the original amount deposited by the relevant member in the transaction concerned.

12.1 Updates to the Terms

89bet reserves the right to modify, add to or remove these Terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, registered members will be notified by email or account notification.
